Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the AskRobot website or Android application, a service offered by Srdjan Jo as an individual.

1.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the service.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, assign, or transfer service rights.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, ideas, or algorithms.
• You may not use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

1.3 Subscription and payment

The service may offer free and paid capabilities. Android billing is handled through Google Play Store. Web billing is handled according to the instructions shown during registration or purchase.

1.4 Refunds

Except when required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

1.5 Service changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it without prior notice.

1.6 Termination

Access may be suspended if a user breaches these Terms. Users may stop using the service at any time.

1.7 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

1.8 Limitation of liability

Srdjan Jo, collaborators, partners, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
