1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) before using the AskRobot.app website or Ask Robot Android application (hereinafter: “Service”) offered by JOS Trade LLC, goIT branch (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.1 License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JOS Trade LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Ask Robot application and the AskRobot.app website, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
1.2. Restrictions
You agree not to, nor will you allow a third party to:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service;
- lease, lend, rent, sell, assign, distribute, or otherwise transfer any rights in connection with the Service;
- reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Service;
- use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, or in any manner that violates these Terms.
1.3. Subscription and Payment
The Ask Robot Android application and AskRobot.app website, apart from the free version, also offer a PREMIUM version of the Service available for purchase. The Premium version is charged based on a subscription.
1.3.1 Android Application
Charges are made via the Google Play Store platform
Charges will be made in advance in recurring and periodic intervals (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you choose when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or unless JOS Trade LLC cancels it. You can cancel your Subscription via your account settings on Google Play Store.
1.3.2 AskRobot.app website
Charges are made via our company website – webshop.goit.rs – with clear instructions during account registration and initiated subscription purchase process, as well as in accompanying e-mail messages.
Charges will be made in advance and the Service becomes active after the payment is recorded, at the latest within 24 hours from the moment of payment. Currently, it is possible to purchase a subscription for the use of the AskRobot.app PREMIUM service for a period of one month, half a year, and one year, or you can purchase a monthly subscription with recurring payment.
A few days before the service expires, the customer will receive an email notification with instructions on how to purchase a new subscription, if a customer purchased a recurring subscription he/she will be charged automatically on the day of subscription expiry.
1.4. Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
1.5. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice.
1.6.Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If the change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our own discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.
1.7 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you can simply stop using the Service, and/or cancel your subscription via Google Play Store
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, regardless of its conflict of law provisions.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JOS Trade LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- any content obtained from the Service;
- unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
