1. TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use ("TERMS OF USE") carefully before using the AskRobot website or Android application (the "Service") offered by Srdjan Jo as an individual ("we", "us", "our").

1.1 License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Srdjan Jo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the AskRobot application and website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service;
  • rent, lease, lend, sell, assign, distribute, or otherwise transfer any rights related to the Service;
  • reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of any part of the Service;
  • use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that violates these Terms.

1.3 Subscription and payment

In addition to the free version, the AskRobot website and Android application may also offer a premium version of the Service available through subscription.

1.3.1 Android application

Billing is handled through Google Play Store.

Charges are billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles may be monthly, semi-annual, or annual, depending on the subscription plan selected at purchase.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or unless Srdjan Jo cancels it. You may cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store account settings.

1.3.2 Website

Billing for the web application is handled through our website, according to the instructions displayed during registration, checkout, and related email communication.

Charges are billed in advance, and the Service becomes active once payment is recorded, no later than 24 hours after payment. Subscription periods may include one month, six months, or one year, depending on the offer available at the time of purchase.

A few days before the end of the active period, the customer may receive an email notification with instructions for renewing the Service.

1.4 Refunds

Except when required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

1.5 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part of it) without prior notice.

1.6 Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.

1.7 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service and/or cancel your subscription through Google Play Store when applicable.

1.8 Governing law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1.9 Limitation of liability

In no event shall Srdjan Jo, nor any collaborators, partners, suppliers, or service providers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
  • any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • any content obtained from the Service;
  • unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
